Leather patch hat sizing: OSFA, XL and youth
Almost every hat on this site is one size fits all with a snapback. That covers most adults. The exceptions matter when you are ordering for a crew: a few people need XL, and the Flexfit 110 fits more heads than a plain snap.
What OSFA covers
A snapback trucker like the Richardson 112 adjusts across roughly 7 to 7 5/8 in hat size. For a mixed group of adults that fits the large majority. Sizes are not needed on a hat order; just tell us how many XL, if any.

When to order XL
If anyone on the crew wears a 7 3/4 or larger, or complains that snapbacks sit high, get them a Richardson 112XL. It is the same hat with a taller, deeper crown. The patch and price tier are the same; the XL blank is priced on your quote. A typical crew order is 44 standard and 4 XL.
The Flexfit 110 option
The 110M has a stretch band behind the snap. It fits most heads a little better than a plain snapback and stays put in wind. If you do not want to guess at XL counts, the 110M is a good single-size answer.
Youth
Richardson makes a youth 112 and Decky makes youth truckers. We do not list them on this site but can quote them with the same patch. Keep youth patches under about 2.5 inches wide.
Beanies
The Sportsman SP12 is a 12-inch cuffed knit and stretches to fit. One size works for adults and most teens.
Mixed orders
You can mix standard, XL and beanies in one order. Each blank is priced at its own cost; the patch tier is based on the total number of patches. Forty-four 112s plus four 112XL is still the 48-71 tier for the patch.

Do I need to collect hat sizes?
No. Just tell us how many XL, if any. Everything else is one size.
Is the patch smaller on an XL?
No. Same patch; the XL crown has more room if anything.
Can you do fitted sizes?
Fitted and Flexfit stretch-fit caps are quoted per job. Ask on the form.
