Leather patch plus embroidery
A patch carries the logo; embroidery carries the words. Common combos: patch front and a website or phone number on the back arch, patch front and a flag or location on the side, patch front and a sponsor on the back. We run both in the same shop, so it is one proof and one ship date.
How pricing works
Patch rate for your quantity, plus the cap embroidery rate for your quantity, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing for the embroidered design. Cap embroidery rates include a $1 cap surcharge.

Example: 48 hats is 48 × $27.00 + $18.99 = $1,314.99 before shipping. Embroidery over 6,000 stitches is quoted per design.
Placement options
- Back arch: text above the snapback opening. Fits a URL or phone number.
- Side hit: small mark on the left or right panel, about 2 inches wide.
- Under-visor: quoted per job.
Artwork
Send the patch logo as vector. Send the embroidery text as text (tell us the font or we match it) or as a vector mark. We digitize it, proof it, and keep the file for reorders.
Questions
Can the embroidery be on the patch itself?
No. Patches are laser-engraved; the embroidery goes on the hat fabric. We do not make embroidered or woven patches.
Is digitizing charged again on reorders?
No. It is a one-time fee per design.
