The 115 is the 112 with a lower crown. It fits closer and looks less like a work hat, which is why real-estate teams and taprooms pick it. The front is structured, so a patch still sits flat; we size the patch a little smaller.

## Patch sizing on a low crown

The 115 front panel is shorter than the 112, so we usually keep patches under about 1.75 inches tall. Your proof shows the patch on the hat outline at scale so you can see the fit before we engrave.

## Best uses

- Closing gifts and office teams that want a lower, cleaner look.
- Taproom and coffee shop merch.
- Women-heavy teams where the 112 crown runs tall.

## Decoration options

- Laser-engraved leather patch, glued or sewn.
- Small side-hit embroidery with the patch.

## Richardson 115 leather patch pricing

We do not publish a blank price for the Richardson 115; it is priced on your quote from current supplier cost. The leather patch itself is $8.00 at 12-23, $7.00 at 48-71 and $5.00 at 144+, glued. Sewn is $1 more. See [full pricing](/pricing/).
